We live in an era of high achievers, the movers & shakers. We are emancipated, have made great strides, climbed ladders, we have spoken up and continue to speak out. We inspire the next generation to visualise beyond their wildest dreams, for this we must stand tall, square our shoulders and be proud

But not at the expense our wellbeing and peace!

Our bodies are constantly communicating healing & restoring messages, coercing us back to our original best and most productive selves… if we choose. Our cyclical nature is perplexed by the constant overdrive, sounding alarms in the form of chronic lethargy, irregular periods, hair loss, skin break outs, fluctuating moods, unstable body weight, conception difficulties and even cancer.

I am Doctor Mpume Zenda, a woman, partner, mom, daughter, friend and OB-Gynae-Sexologist .

My passion is “ all things women’ s sexual & reproductive health”.

The question that always informs why and how I do what I do is – “How can I as a clinician  influence , support and journey with  a women as they navigate  their sexual and reproductive health throughout the changes, so that they are optimised to live their best lives.
